Description
Ty'n-y-bwlch is a farmhouse constructed of whitewashed stone rubble, topped with a slate roof and featuring stone end stacks, the left one being larger and both having dripstones. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range that is offset to the right. The upper floor contains hornless nine-pane sash windows, while the ground floor has hornless twelve-pane sash windows flanking a broad doorway. There are two slate steps leading up to a framed board door. All openings are adorned with stone voussoirs, and the windows have painted rough slate sills. The window bays are not evenly spaced; the one on the left is set further from the entrance bay than the one on the right. There is a 20th-century rendered lean-to on the right end and a corrugated iron lean-to on the left end. At the rear, there is an outshut that is set into the bank. The interior has not been inspected.
