Description

Y Felin is a farmhouse, originally dating to the 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone with a slate roof and formerly had three stone stacks, though the right-hand stack is missing and the left stack is truncated. The main two-storey, three-window front features small-paned sash windows with split stone sills and single stone lintels. The upper windows have nine panes, the lower ones sixteen, and the central door has an overlight. The rear of the house has no windows. There is no outshut.

A service wing extends to the left of the original house, containing a left-end stack and a two-window range. This wing has four-pane casement windows above and a six-pane casement to the left, with a door to the right. The service wing’s windows have slate sills. One ground floor window has a slab lintel incised to resemble voussoirs.
