Description

The gate to Plas Cefn Gwyn is a Grade II listed structure made of wrought iron. It is a single gate that spans the drive and features dog-bars and a double mid-rail. The upper section of the gate has diagonally crossed strengthening bars and a flat top rail adorned with scrolled spearheads. The mid-rail includes a band of circles, with additional scrolled spearheads positioned above it. The outer uprights of the gate have scrolled tops. The gateposts are made of stone monoliths that have rounded tops.
