Description
15 Marine Terrace is a three-storey building with a basement and attic, featuring two-window fronts. It is part of a reflected pair with Nos 16 and 17. The exterior of No 15 is finished in cement render, while Nos 16 and 17 are covered in scribed stucco, all three having rusticated ground floors. No 15 includes grooved end pilaster strips. The roofs are slate, with bracket eaves and brick chimney stacks, and there are pitched roof dormers, with pedimented ends on No 17. The windows are horned sash glazing, and No 15 has twin bay windows with cornices and panelled aprons. Similar bay windows are found to the right of an unspecified number and to the left of No 17. The entrance to No 15 features a half-glazed porch with a traceried fanlight above it. Nos 16 and 17 share a combined raised Doric porch with a triglyph frieze and panelled reveals, and both have Gothick traceried fanlights over their panelled and half-glazed doors. The basement windows are small pane sash. The right side of the building is slate hung, and No 14 adjoins to the right, accessed via a narrow passage that leads up to the Crynfryn buildings. Some Regency style details are retained internally.
