21 Corporation Street

21 Corporation Street is a pair of three-storey buildings with a basement, featuring two-window painted render fronts that are angled to the street. They have steeply pitched slate roofs, wide bracket eaves, brick chimney stacks, and horned sash windows. The buildings include later three-storey splayed bay windows with cornices and ornate relief panelled aprons. The right-hand first-floor windows have open pedimented lintels with dropped corbel stops above classical doorcases that feature fluted columns. No 21 has a modern brick base, while No 19's base is eroded. No 19 has panelled reveals and a four-panel door, while No 21 has a modern door. The basement features small-pane sash windows.

The left side of the buildings is roughcast, and the rear is made of rubble with brick voussoirs and sash windows that have glazing bars.
