Description
Brunswick House is a pair of three-storey buildings with basements, featuring scribed painted render elevations and slate roofs that include skylights on No 4, a brick chimney stack, and wide bracket eaves. No 4 has a single window with a part rusticated ground floor, while No 6 has two windows; both buildings have horned sash glazing. No 4 features a three-storey splayed bay above a 20-pane basement window, and a similar two-storey bay is located to the right over a basement hatch. The entrance is marked by a paired classical doorcase with barley twist columns, an entablature frieze, panelled reveals, and raised six-panel doors. The rear of No 4 is rendered and includes small pane sash windows, while No 6 has a rubble rear with horned sash windows.
