Description
4 Marine Terrace is a symmetrical four-storey building featuring a three-window front made of scribed stucco. The ground floor is rusticated, and there is a cill band on the first floor. The building has a slate roof and a rubble chimney stack, with boarded eaves that extend over bay windows. Cornices flank a central modern entrance, which is situated below one sash window and two blocked openings. The windows have horned sash glazing. The rear of the building is rendered and also includes sash windows.
