Description

5 Heol Maengwyn is a four-storey, three-window building of the late 18th century. The front is rendered with a scribed stucco finish. The central windows have been blocked on each floor. The building has a slate roof with boarded eaves and red brick chimney stacks; one chimney has been partially removed. It features twelve-pane sash windows, some with hornless sashes, all set within architraves with bracketed sills. Simple shop fronts are present at ground floor level, with doors at either end. Smaller pane sashes are visible at the rear of the building.
