Description
9 Heol Penrallt is an early 19th century, late Georgian, three-storey building with a four-window rubble front. It features a grouted slate roof, a blue brick chimney stack, and a fluted eaves band. The building has twelve-pane sash windows with lintels and keystones, which are stepped to the second floor. One window on the second floor has been blocked. There are projecting later shopfronts with splayed entrances. The rear of the building is cement rendered and has three windows with camber-headed sash windows; the second floor has four-pane windows while the first floor has twelve-pane windows.
