Description
Wynnstay House is an early 19th century, late Georgian, three-storey building with a four-window facade made of rubble. It features a grouted slate roof, a blue brick chimney stack, and a fluted eaves band. The front has twelve-pane sash windows with lintels and keystones, which are stepped up to the second floor, although one window on the second floor has been blocked. The building also has projecting later shopfronts with splayed entrances. The rear is cement rendered and has three windows, with camber-headed sash windows; the second floor has four-pane windows, while the first floor has twelve-pane windows.
