Description
Penybont House is a detached house featuring painted roughcast walls and smooth rendered surrounds around the openings. It has a renewed slate gabled roof and small brick end chimneys. The house is two storeys tall and double-fronted, with a 20th-century centre door flanked by 12-pane hornless sash windows. Above, there are two large 9-pane horned sash windows with thin slate sills. To the right, there is a single-storey lean-to with a corrugated iron roof and a boarded door at the front. The property is not available for inspection.
