Description
Ffynnon-Iwan is a building constructed of rubble with a slate roof and bracketed eaves. It features rendered gable chimney stacks, with the one on the right being thicker. The two-storey facade has three bays, which is offset to the left. It includes small 12-pane horned sash windows that have cambered stone voussoired heads and slate sills. The central door is boarded and has a plain overlight with a similar head. There is a window above this door on the first floor of the left end, while the right end is blank and rendered.
Attached to the left is a single-storey outbuilding that is also made of rubble and has a slate roof, along with a short brick gable chimney stack. This outbuilding has a divided boarded stable-type door on the right and a window on the left, both featuring timber lintels.
The interior of the building was not available for inspection.
