Description

Water-mill in rubble stone with some brick, slate eaves roof and left end stack. Two storeys, three-window range of small-paned casement pairs with cambered brick heads, the bricks laid in header courses. Slate sills. Ground floor left has French window and right has single casement. Three C20 eaves dormers. West end wall has two-window range of similar windows to main floors and one casement pair to loft. East end wall has large iron 16-foot water wheel, originally overshot, made by Bridgend Foundry, Cardigan. Casement pair to loft. Rear ground level is at first floor equivalent, window, French window and C20 conservatory.
