This is a cast-iron milestone located southeast of Croesheddig Hen Farm. It is of the type used on the road from Llandysul to New Quay and has a triangular shape. The milestone features raised letters indicating the distance to New Quay, which is 3 miles away, on one side, and the distance to Llandyssul, which is 12 miles away, on the other side. It is one of a set made by Eagle Foundry in Aberystwyth.
