Cefn Gwyddil Farmhouse including Extension to Left

Cefn Gwyddil Farmhouse is a two-storey farmhouse built from whitewashed rubble stone and topped with a slate roof and whitewashed stone stacks. The main range features three windows between two stacks, with a larger stack on the right. To the right of the main house, there is a one-window section, all constructed as a single build under one roof. The windows are cambered headed 12-pane sashes with stone voussoirs and painted slate sills. The main entrance is a ledged centre door with a traceried overlight, set within a stone lean-to porch that has a slate pent roof. The right section has a ledged door with a small-paned overlight. At the rear, there is an outshut.

Attached to the left of the farmhouse is a two-storey outbuilding with a slightly lower ridge height. This outbuilding has two windows, a small window, and a stable door on the lower level, while the upper level features a window under the eaves and a former loading door that has been blocked to create a narrow window above. It also has a whitewashed stone end stack.

In front of the farmhouse, there is a cobbled pavement with a cast iron water pump.
