Cwm Farmhouse and attached outbuilding

Cwm Farmhouse is a two-storey building with an attached outbuilding, featuring a whitewashed render and a slate close-eaved roof with small whitewashed end stacks. The farmhouse has a three-window front with widely separated pairs of casement windows; the upper-floor windows are smaller, located under the eaves, and have small panes. The bay spacing is irregular, with a wider section to the right of center. There is a centrally added gabled porch, which is also whitewashed and has a slate roof with a half-glazed door. A window is present on the first floor of the south end, and there is a broad gabled wing added to the rear. The outbuilding to the right has a lower roof made of clay tiles, featuring a tiny window on the extreme left, a small four-pane window in the center, and a door to the right. The property is said to have been modernised and is not available for inspection.
