Description

This is a cast-iron milestone located north of Cefn Gwyddil Farm. It is of the type used on the road from Llandysul to New Quay and has a triangular shape. One side features raised letters stating 'New Quay 2 miles', while the opposite side indicates 'Llandyssul 13 miles'. The milestone was made by Eagle Foundry in Aberystwyth.
