Description
Oakhurst is a 2-storey building featuring a symmetrical front with three windows, constructed from coursed rubble and set on a plinth. It has a steep slate roof with wide boarded eaves and rubble end chimney stacks. The building includes voussoir lintels above horned 4-pane sash windows. The central entrance is adorned with a bracketed hood, fluted pilasters, panelled reveals, and a 6-panel door topped with a fanlight. The gable ends are made of rubble and have casement attic windows. To the left, there is a single-storey outbuilding with a corrugated roof and bricked-up openings. On the right, there is a derelict brick lean-to, and at the rear, a full-width cat-slide lean-to features both corrugated and slate roofing, with a weatherboarded left end. Rubble-walled yards are present on either side of the building.
