Description

7 Bridge Street is a two-storey building featuring a coursed rubble front with a layout of two plus two windows. The overall roof is slate, with wide boarded eaves and a central chimney stack made of rubble, topped with a brick cap. Number 6 retains small pane sash windows, while Number 7 has modern windows. Both properties have voussoir lintels and keystones. There are bracketed stone hoods over the entrances at either end, which have six-panel doors and three-pane fanlights. A central oval plaque under the eaves is completely eroded. The front of the building is enclosed by cast-iron railings. It is said to retain stone staircases.
