Brynycil Farmhouse

Brynycil Farmhouse is a two-storey building made of rendered concrete, topped with a slate-covered roof. It features integral lean-tos on the left side and at the rear, along with a 20th-century lean-to addition. The front of the house has four windows, accented by angle pilaster strips, a plat band, and moulded architraves. The windows include concrete mullions with round-headed lights, consisting of four lights on the lower storey and three lights on the upper storey, with a two-light window above the porch. Each window is fitted with an iron-framed casement. To the right of centre, there is a steeply gabled porch with a pointed arch supported by moulded capitals. The building has axial concrete stacks on both the left and right sides. The rear elevation features similar windows to the front but with simpler architraves.

Inside, the farmhouse was originally divided into a two-unit layout for the main house and a single unit for servants' quarters, with the servants' quarters located to the left and including lean-tos and barrel-vaulted cellars. The original stairway in this section has been removed. All internal partition walls are made of concrete, and the ground floor is laid with concrete slabs. The roof is constructed from cast iron rafters and concrete slabs, covered with slates. The main house includes a central stair hall with a straight concrete stair, featuring concrete handrails that are moulded into the wall.
