Description
Paradise Villa is a two-storey Gothic house built in the later 19th century. It features patterned brickwork and is positioned at right angles to the road. The design includes alternating blue brick dressings around the window heads and band course, free stone keystones, and a rubble plinth. The house has slate roofs with ridge cresting, a large brick chimney stack adorned with blue brick dressings, and fretwork bargeboards with finials on the main gables and dormers.
The entrance elevation has two windows with fixed triangular heads above the sashes, and an offset four-panel door located under a pitched hood. The road elevation displays similar detailing, including diamond leaded lights.
At the rear, there are one-storey outbuildings constructed with weatherboarding and topped with corrugated roofs.
