Description
Green End House is a two-storey, three-window roughcast house, dating from the 19th century. It features an end stack to the left, with the top stage replaced in brick. The house has tiled and slated roofs, coved main eaves, and end bargeboards. The first-floor windows are double-hung sash windows in flush frames with glazing bars, while the ground-floor windows have been replaced by three-light metal frames. A central open work timber porch with a tiled roof leads to a six-panel door, which is flanked by fluted pilasters and topped with a traceried fanlight. The right gable end displays ornamental studding.
At the rear, there are long sloping slate roofs covering lower extensions, which include some timber-framing. The property also features a 19th-century railed forecourt, a slated coach house on the left, and an ironwork weathervane on the gable end.
