Description
This is a bridge over the Cynllaith at Pen-y-bont, partly located in the civil parish of Llanyblodwell, England. The bridge features a high segmental arch that spans approximately 10 meters, constructed from squared common masonry. It has rusticated, evenly-heighted voussoirs and a prominent keystone that hangs from a string course at the base of the parapet, which is consistent on both sides.
The carriageway of the bridge is about 6 meters wide and is flanked by narrow orthostat sandstone parapets that extend outward at all four ends, leading to small stone piers.
