Description

Lacon Villa is a two-storey building with a rendered and lined exterior and a hipped slate roof. It features two bays, a central through hall, and a two-bay rear service wing. The entrance has a central six-panelled door set within a moulded frame, topped by a bracketed hood that supports an iron lattice porch. The villa has sash windows, with 12 panes on the ground floor and 9 panes on the upper floor. There are brick stacks located on the rear walls of the reception rooms. Inside, there are four-panelled doors, but no significant fireplaces or cornices are present.
