Description

Cwm Gwyn is a cottage built around 1860. It is constructed of rubble and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays, featuring a symmetrical design with a central entrance. This entrance is set within a gabled timber porch that includes glazing and yellow-stained corners. The cottage has iron lozenge-pattern glazing on both floors, complemented by blue brick segmental heads. There are gable stacks, and at the northwest end, there is a lean-to that has a boarded door, a 20th-century window, and fretted bargeboards.
