Description
Bryn Llys is a two-storey building featuring a main facade made of snecked ashlar stone, likely sourced locally, and topped with a slate roof. The layout includes a central stair hall plan, with a brick and slated service wing extending to the right, which has been further enlarged at the rear. The building has three bays and a cellar beneath the left end bay. A central glazed door is set within a wide gabled arch-fronted stone porch, complemented by decorative scrolled bargeboards and internal side seats. Flanking the entrance are 12-paned sash windows with thin glazing bars and some crown glass, each with heavy slate lintels and sills. The rear of the building features nine-paned windows, and gable stacks are constructed from buff brick. The eaves are wide and boarded.
