Twin off-set brick chimneys to W gable (1830s) with moulded capping, and a further off-set chimney at the centre front of the main facade. Central modern entrance with flanking 6-pane casements; this area was disturbed during the early C19 when stable access was created and has been reversed again this century. Early C20 garage door to NE gable (facing service court), with earlier brick relieving arches above. 3-light wooden, mullioned and transomed, leaded window to gable apex, with cambered head; c.1912 weathervane to coped gable. Geometrical stone finial to gable apex (1912). Later C19 brick lean-to to W gable end.

The garage extension is extruded between the E arm of the main range of the house and the rear projecting wing. It faces the service court, advanced in front of the E gable of the house. Of snecked rough-dressed stone with ashlar detailing; kneelered and finialed gable parapet with slate coping, slate roof. 2 large garage entrances with boarded double doors and expressed timber lintels. Large central, recessed 3-light mullioned and transomed wooden leaded window above. Two small 2-light leaded windows to S face.
