Description
Llwynglas is a timber-framed building set on a stone platform, positioned as the ground slopes to the right. It has a slate roof and the entrance front faces approximately northeast. The timber-framing features square panels that are three panels high. There are two small gabled dormers with small-pane casement glazing. The entrance doorway is offset to the right and has a gabled open porch. To the left of the door, there is a broad small-pane casement window, and to the right, a square small-pane window with a casement window above it, followed by another small-pane casement window. On the right side of the building, where the ground slopes down, there is a window at basement level made of brick and stone.
The left gable end is built into the slope and is constructed of rubble with a brick gable and a rectangular brick chimney. The right gable end is slate-hung and features a brick chimney at the left angle. At the rear, there is an outshot with rubble walling, and the timber-framing of the original rear wall is visible inside.
