Description

House, painted rendered rubble stone with slate roof overhanging at eaves, and brick end chimneys. Two storeys, five window range of C20 windows, casement pairs with single pane top light. Stone sills, timber lintels and centre part-glazed door. Blocked door now window in right end wall. Added rear lean-to.

Three room plan with hall in centre, main room to right and small parlour to left (with narrow room behind). Five beams, two over hall partitions, and square joists. Staircase on back wall of hall. Closed string, thick rail and turned balusters, some replaced with chamfered square balusteres. Short return of stair has boarding below rail. Right end room has fireplace with remnant of heavy wall lintel, part replaced in brick.
