Description

10 Crescent Street is a three-storey building with a cellar, dating from the 18th century. It has a two-window front constructed of painted Flemish bond brick, with a plastered plinth. The roof is gently pitched and covered in slate, featuring deep boarded eaves. A stack has been removed from the left side, and a square brick stack with a simply moulded cap remains on the right. The second floor has modern, unsympathetic windows; the first and ground floors have sixteen-pane sashes. The windows have stone lintels, plain reveals, and stone sills. A cellar opening is located below the right-hand window. A modern porch now obscures the 19th-century front door.
