3 storey and cellar, reflected pair of former back to backs with tunnel passage to right. Flemish bond brick front. Gently pitched old slate roof, lead ridge. Deep boarded eaves. Central brick stack. Shallow upper sash to 12 pane 2nd floor windows under eaves. 16 pane sashes to 1st and ground floor windows. Stone lintels and sills, plain reveals. Keystoned round arch with blind tympanum to 16 pane sash window over tunnel passage. Paired plain doorcases with brackets to dripboards. 6 panel doors. Keystoned round arch to tunnel passage.

English garden wall bond rear elevation. Lead cames to iron cross windows to No 14. Cambered header arches. Union Court formerly stood to rear.
