Description

The L-plan outbuildings located to the northwest of Bestbrooker Farmhouse date from the 19th century and are constructed of coursed rubble. They are two storeys high with a weather-boarded loft and feature brick cambered lintels and slate roofs. The two gable ends have a distinctive projecting apex section topped with a finial, which provides cover for winching apparatus. The range includes cowhouses, stables, two three-bay barns, and a granary. The buildings have not been fully inspected.
