Crabtree, including attached farm range

Crabtree is a 2-storey cottage built from whitened rubble stone, with brick sections added to increase its height. It features a slate roof and a brick chimney on the left side. On the north elevation, there is a boarded door with a segmental arch above it. To the left of the cottage is a lower farm range, constructed with weatherboard and corrugated iron walls resting on a stone and concrete sill, topped with a corrugated iron roof. This farm range has a central boarded door, a loft door above it, and a split door at the left end. The right gable end at the back of the house is made of brick. The rear of the cottage has two windows that are offset to the left side, featuring wooden cross windows with small-pane iron-frame glazing and casements, all under segmental arches on the lower storey and beneath the eaves on the upper storey. Additionally, there is a lean-to structure built against the gable end of the farm range.
