Description

This is a telephone call box located opposite the Severn Arms Hotel. It features a domed roof with four lunettes that contain embossed crowns of King George VI, set above red-lettered opals and ventilation slits. The box has raised surrounds with marginal bars on the horizontal glazing and a timber door. The rear is blank, and it has a moulded plinth, but there is no foundry plate visible.
