Description

Clafton Bridge, built with cemented red brick and rubble at the lowest level, features chamfered stone coping. It has a single elliptical arch with the arch ring chamfered on the towpath side and stone edging along the quayside. The ramped abutment walls and parapets curve out to brick piers, with the southeast side ending against a small gabled warehouse.
