Description

This is an 18th-century warehouse of three storeys, constructed primarily of red brick. The front facing Sea Street and the eastern side have been cement rendered, but the original brickwork remains visible on the river front. The warehouse has a gable end with a small round window, treated as a pediment and finished with moulded brick capping. It features hatches at the centre and on the ground floor, along with two windows with cast iron traceried bars. Purple brick arches are present over the hatches and windows. The roof is slate. Nos 15 and 19, along with two blocks positioned across the river and adjacent to the viaduct, form a notable group.
