Description

No. 15 on Sea Street is a mid-18th century warehouse constructed from painted brick, featuring timber-hung ends. It stands two storeys tall and has six windows and hatches. The building is topped with an old tile roof and has a stone plinth. Its round-headed windows are adorned with ornamental iron grilles. No. 15, along with No. 19 and two blocks across the river near the viaduct, forms a cohesive group of structures.
