Description

30 Sea Street is a fine early 18th-century house, standing two storeys tall and constructed of red brick. It features a plinth and a moulded band, topped with a heavy wooden modillion cornice and an old tile roof. The building has five windows, each with segmental heads and flush wood frames. The entrance is marked by an early 19th-century wooden doorcase, which includes fluted pilasters, a plain frieze, and cornice, leading to an eight-panel door. Inside, there is a good ground floor panelled room and a staircase. This property is part of a group with Nos 26 to 40 (even).
