Description
99 Dunstable Street is a mid-18th century building featuring a moulded stone plinth and two storeys of red brick. It has a deep wooden cornice adorned with shallow modillions and a tiled roof. The façade includes five windows set in shallow reveals with stone cills. The entrance door is a six-panel design, with four fielded panels, and includes the original knocker and a fanlight. This door is situated in a shallow round-headed recess that has panelled reveals and soffit, all framed within a classical design featuring Doric pilasters, entablatures, modillion, and a dentil pediment. The building is part of a group that includes Nos 89 to 105 (odd).
