Description
103 Dunstable Street is a building dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick, with stucco applied to the front while the gable end still shows the original brickwork. The building has two storeys and is framed by broad pilasters that extend to the tiled roof.
On the ground floor, there are two 19th-century canted bay windows, while the first floor features three-light leaded casements, with the central window designed in a Venetian style. All windows are set in narrow, almost flush frames. A boldly projecting cornice runs along the top of the building, and there is a later door that is topped with a cornice hood supported by console brackets.
This building is part of a group that includes Nos 89 to 105 (odd).
