Description
This is a cottage, likely dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick with a slate roof, and features a red brick stack at the left end. The cottage is a single storey with an attic, and has a double-fronted design. A rubble stone plinth runs along the base. The front features cambered-headed, 16-pane sash windows on each side of a cambered-headed doorway, which is set within a large, gabled enclosed porch added in the late 20th century. Two gabled dormers have eaves-breaking, 12-pane horned sash windows, with renewed boarding above and bargeboards. All windows have painted brick sills.
