Description
Jasmine Cottage is a cottage built from painted rubble stone, featuring a slate roof and a prominent external chimney breast at the south end with a red brick stack. The building is one storey with an attic and has one window bay, with a door located to the left, adjacent to a straight joint with No 2. To the right of the centre, there is a small-paned iron cross-window beneath a small gabled dormer, which has a renewed pair of casements at the eaves. The cottage has a plain bargeboard and a renewed ledged door that is sheltered by a 20th-century slated gabled hood supported by brackets. A timber-framed rear wing is not visible from the resurvey. Inside, there is a stopped and chamfered centre ground floor ceiling beam aligned on a north-south axis, along with exposed joists.
