Multi-purpose Farm Building at Ty'n-llwyn Farm

The multi-purpose farm building at Ty'n-llwyn Farm is a long structure with lofts, built from rubble stone and featuring red brick dressings beneath corrugated steel roofs. The doorways and windows have segmental brick heads, and there are diamond-shaped brick breathers for the lofts. On the roadside elevation, there is a doorway to the right of the center, likely leading to a feeding passage, which has split doors. This doorway is flanked by pairs of windows; the left ones contain 4-pane sash windows. To the right of the doorway, one window has wooden struts and boarding, while the other is obscured by vegetation. There are loft hatch openings under the eaves, with one to the right of the doorway and two at the far left. The loft storey features eight diamond-shaped breather panels placed at regular intervals. The south gable end includes a loft hatch, while the north gable end has a breather panel. At the rear, there is a large catslide lean-to towards the center, which is mostly open and has a corrugated iron roof supported by rubble stone stub walls. There are small openings to the main range to the left of the lean-to and a smaller lean-to to the right, constructed of yellow and red brick. Access to the interior was not available at the time of inspection.
