Description
Pontfadog Bridge is a single-span bridge made of rubble stone, featuring a high semi-circular arch constructed from stone voussoirs with a dripmould. It has a wide dressed stone string course above the rubble parapets, which are topped with flat pecked stone copings. The deck is slightly humped with splayed ends, leading to square end piers at the west end that are continuous with the parapets. There is a boundary wall that adjoins the bridge at right angles to the northeast.
