Description

Ivy Cottage, formerly known as Ravensbourne Cottages, is a two-storey building made of rendered brick and topped with a pitched slate roof. The original part features three windows and includes a dentilated cornice and a string course. It has distinctive circular brick chimney stacks and Gothick ogee arched window openings in the Marford style. The central bowed section at the second storey retains its original interlaced Gothick iron glazing bars, while the ground floor has tripartite windows.

The building has been largely altered since it was converted into a single residence, but it still retains the original well.
