Description
The Cottage at The Kennels is a 17th-century stone building with a tiled roof. It has one storey and an attic, featuring four bays and an external stack at the west end, which has a pent roof at the front. The entrance door is located opposite the main axial stack; it is battened and set within a timber-framed gabled and tiled porch. The cottage has two-light timber casement windows with stone lintels, and similar upper floor windows are set in raised dormers with pitched roofs. A large stone gable stack has an upper stage made of brick.
