Description
63 Acton Gate is a 2-storey building constructed in a neo-vernacular style, featuring roughcast render over brick and a grey slate roof with brick axial and end wall stacks. The building has three windows across its front and an advanced cross-gable on the left side, where a doorway is located at the angle with the main range. The porch has a hipped roof supported by brackets.
The main range includes casement windows with 2 and 4 lights on each floor, with the upper windows positioned under the overhanging eaves. On the left gable, there is a canted bay window topped with a slate roof, and a casement window is situated above it. Additionally, a hipped lean-to roof, supported by chamfered and braced timber posts, creates a loggia that wraps around the stack in the return elevation.
