Description

Berry Hill Farmhouse is a two-storey building constructed with roughcast and topped with a slate roof, featuring two stone ridge stacks. The windows consist of 6-pane sashes on the upper floor and 12-pane sashes on the lower floor, with one window range to the left of the door and two window ranges to the right. At the left end, there is a hipped wing that projects forward, which includes a ground floor window with a cambered head in the end wall, adorned with cut stone voussoirs. A 20th-century window is present, and there are plans for a new slated and roughcast porch on the rear elevation, proposed in 1992.
