Description
Tregwern is a two-storey building featuring a three-window front made of painted pebbledash and topped with a slate roof. At the left rear, there is a taller hipped cross range. The building has cement render end chimney stacks. The windows are three-light with pointed arch glazing bars, and there is a smaller similar window above the entrance, all equipped with central metal framed casement openings.
The central porch is designed in a cottage orne style, with trellised sides, splayed corners, and a hipped roof. The entrance door is Gothic, featuring two pointed arch lights at the top. The gable ends have chimney breasts, and on the left side, the taller cross range includes a small pane sash window with pointed glazing bars in the upper sash, along with similar style French windows below. To the right, there is a plain casement window and a glazed roof lean-to that extends forward to enclose the forecourt.
At the rear, a rendered rubble wall surrounds the property, where there are two additional chimney stacks.
