Description

Number 23 Hall Street is a three-storey building dating from around 1800, featuring a one-window rendered rubble front. It is part of a pair with Number 25, which reflects its design. The building has a slate roof that is hipped to the right, with boarded eaves and square red brick chimney stacks positioned centrally.

The façade includes 8 and 16-pane sash windows, with the windows on the first and ground floors having cambered heads. The entrance to Number 21 features a six-panel door with a panelled doorcase, while Numbers 23 and 25 have modern doors set within a twinned doorcase.

Inside, the building has lightly chamfered main beams and narrow winding timber stairs.
